His stomping grounds ran from Clearwater Beach to Pass a Grille, the southernmost beach community in Pinellas County. After attending local schools Joe developed a knack for sales and marketing and in 1996 started his own lead generation business that specialized in the travel and cruise industries. After nearly 20 years of running his company Joe decided to combine his love for the area’s beach communities and his marketing skills with the world of real estate. He focused his particular specialties on the beautiful properties that border the Gulf beaches. On those rare occasions, when Joe does take time off, he can be found close by to where he works for his #1 hobby is Salt Water Fishing.
